Black Opal are Property Developers specialising in London and the South East.
Our driving passion lies in transforming dilapidated buildings into family homes.
We have the right philosophy, mentality and drive to succeed. We want to
increase the supply of residential property so that people can feel like owning
their own home is possible again.
Outside of our own developments, the group actively work with private and
overseas developers who want a ‘hands-off’ solution to their construction
requirements. We also act as agents for Private Clients and Asset Managers in
and around the City of London and the West End.
Our Mission
Black Opal intend to wage war against the housing crisis in London and the South East. Over the years many government incentives / help to buy initiatives have been set up but none really seem to have made a dent in housing supply. How many of us have travelled past an uninhabited rundown property? There are 200,000 empty properties across England alone, yet according to Crisis, 170,000 families and individuals remain homeless. Property prices are continuing to grow exponentially in London and the South East, why is this happening? Simply put, the supply isn’t matching the growing demand. Our belief is that everyone should feel like owning their own home is achievable. Black Opal Developments intend to increase the supply of residential properties and get them back into the general housing supply for families to live in.
